Spring Home Renovation That Brings Comfort, Style, and Function Together

We used DWR for our bathroom remodel. The project was to remove an old jet tub and move the shower to the area to allow for a larger shower with a bench. In place of the old shower, we added a linen closet since there was no storage in the prior setup. The water closet added a bidet and a cabinet over the toilet. The new shower is all glass with a pony wall and niche for our toiletries. Renee helped bring our little idea to life and ensure the design was right. She helped the details blend well. Max was a huge help with keeping the project on time. He was so friendly and extra communicative. All the subs were courteous and respectful of our home. We will use them in the future if we decide to do any other projects.

Whit and Chris concrete coated our patio and front porch. From the Consultation to the very ending it was PERFECTION, including the cleanup after. Very Professional and very knowledgeable. If there were 10 Stars to give, we would give it. We will now get ready and have our garage done also. Our Neighbors LOVE IT and are going to have work done also. These guys are amazing!!! I needed a stand-alone shower repaired because it had a leaking issue. They were the only company I found who could fix the issue from start to finish, including all tile work and plumbing issues. Stephanie was so friendly, and the manager, Mike, helped us out with the insurance claim. They picked out tile that matched beautifully and finished the whole project quickly. Stephanie and the team kept constant communication with me through the whole process and always went above and beyond. Cannot speak highly enough of them, highly recommend!

What a great experience with DWR Construction. Dustin was my salesman. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, explained the process; he made sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again--I am screening in my patio.

Marshall Perkins was our construction manager and he was very responsive and did a great job! He made sure we were 100% happy even if he had to get his guys to come back multiple times. I would highly recommend Marshall and his team with DWR construction!!!

So, we have had DWR do three major projects for us since 2006. Obviously, our record as a return customer says how much we have been satisfied with their overall product and professionalism. This last project, a complete redo of our walk in shower(measuring 6' x 7',) was done by DWR Interiors, as DWR has now been divided into two separate companies, DWR Interiors and DWR Exteriors. Angela Harless, the owner of DWR Interiors was very, very nice, and very fair with her pricing of the project. She was uniquely open to negotiating how much a "change order" was going to cost us, and gave us credit on return boxes of tile when construction was complete. The finished product was great, although it took almost twice as much time as originally estimated at contract signing(about a two and a half week delay waiting on an additional tile order!) All the sub-contractors were great, and pretty much showed up on schedule, which can be a challenge for remodeling companies. Individually, Jessie Borne(Assistant Project Manager) and Kelley Warrick(Accounting) were the most responsive DWR Interiors employees to our many and various questions throughout the shower project. Additionally, Kelley helped us, very much, tie up a couple loose ends at the end! Thanks, Rusty Thatcher
