Remodeling Contractors in Spring, TX

Previous 2010 large remodel adding 400 sf to home was excellent. Currently 2021, Renee who is excellent Designer, helped with tile, granite and color choices. Marshall overseeing/scheduling work is excellent also. Honest company with fair pricing. All affiliated trades, tile, paint, granite, plumbing and electrical were professional and first rate. 4 weeks for 2nd Floor Bath and replace carpet on stairs with Oak treads and matched stain to Oak paneling.

My project Managers were Michael and Marshall both of them were very pleasant to work. Any question I had concerning the project was always answered promptly. I love the job that was done on my patio. I would have no problem using DWR on future construction projects at my home.

I absolutely love the screened porch that DWR did for me!! Michael Murillo was a great salesperson. He helped me figure out what would work for me. We are getting to enjoy the great weather in our screened in porch!!

After a 5 month search for a contractor, I found DWR. From the very first contact w/Reneé, the Design/Sales Consultant, to project manager Bill, the entire process was seemless and trouble free. Reneé made suggestions that assisted me in making a decision and presented a proposal within 2 days. I made some changes during the process and it was "no problem" to the crew or office staff. Each phase was completed with professionalism. The tile work by Connie and Michael is the best I've ever seen, their skill is exceptional. The drywall repair was completed so well that the patching is impossible to see, even before painting. The entire crew was always on-time, friendly, accommodating and professional. I HIGHLY recommend DWR for any home renovation project. Thank you DWR for a job WELL DONE!

DWR did everything we wanted and MORE! My husband kept adding "one more thing" and they were receptive to every change. Every person we dealt with was friendly, responsive, professional and attentive to every question we had. From our first meeting with Christian (sales & design) and constant updates from Misty (operations), to Richard, the project manager, we were confident we chose the right team. Our decision was solidified once we met Chilo (Special Projects Manager) and Austin (their Electrician). You couldn't ask for a better team when getting the remodel of your dreams. We will not use any other company with our upcoming remodel plans. Thank you so much, DWR, for making this such an easy, stress-free experience!!

We remodeled our kitchen and worked with Renee and Bill. They were super helpful and responsive every step of the way. We changed our minds or added on to the project a few times and it was never a problem at all. They were happy to help and lend their expert advise when asked. We are definitely working with them again when we remodel anything else. Next is probably the bathrooms, Renee. ;)
