Oak Ridge North Interior Renovation for Kitchens, Baths, and Beautiful Living Spaces

We remodeled our kitchen and worked with Renee and Bill. They were super helpful and responsive every step of the way. We changed our minds or added on to the project a few times and it was never a problem at all. They were happy to help and lend their expert advise when asked. We are definitely working with them again when we remodel anything else. Next is probably the bathrooms, Renee. 😉

We had a small upstairs bathroom remodeled. Renee was our sales lady and guided us through the selections wonderfully. Carey was our project manager, and Luis Sr. & Jr. did the gutting and made that bathroom beautiful. We were impressed with DWR from the minute we walked through their showroom door. After scheduling the start date, they were finished in 9 days. We couldn't have asked for a better experience !!!

DWR did everything we wanted and MORE! My husband kept adding "one more thing" and they were receptive to every change. Every person we dealt with was friendly, responsive, professional and attentive to every question we had. From our first meeting with Christian (sales & design) and constant updates from Misty (operations), to Richard, the project manager, we were confident we chose the right team. Our decision was solidified once we met Chilo (Special Projects Manager) and Austin (their Electrician). You couldn't ask for a better team when getting the remodel of your dreams. After a 5 month search for a contractor, I found DWR. From the very first contact w/Reneé, the Design/Sales Consultant, to project manager Bill, the entire process was seemless and trouble free. Reneé made suggestions that assisted me in making a decision and presented a proposal within 2 days. I made some changes during the process and it was "no problem" to the crew or office staff. Each phase was completed with professionalism. The tile work by Connie and Michael is the best I've ever seen, their skill is exceptional. The drywall repair was completed so well that the patching is impossible to see, even before painting. The entire crew was always on-time, friendly, accommodating and professional. I HIGHLY recommend DWR for any home renovation project. Thank you DWR for a job WELL DONE!
