DWR was terrific from start to finish. They did a patio extension to include a gable-style roof and electrical work. All the crews were very respectful and did not significantly disrupt our day (or our neighbors). The patio extension was completed on the timeline originally proposed and they took care of all the HOA approvals. I would certainly use DWR for future projects!

From the day my wife and I closed on our house we have been slowly developing our dream patio. We needed to get the floor covered and the patio screened. We found DWR in our community booklet and we landed on this gem of a subcontractor. We started the process with Michael Murillo, Design Consultant and he helped to finalize our dream and then we were turned over to the trusty and professional Misty Henning who scheduled our crews and consistently kept us informed throughout the construction phases. I will definitely be referring consumers to DWR as we have received several great comments on our patio additions thanks to DWR.

So, we have had DWR do three major projects for us since 2006. Obviously, our record as a return customer says how much we have been satisfied with their overall product and professionalism. This last project, a complete redo of our walk in shower(measuring 6' x 7',) was done by DWR Interiors, as DWR has now been divided into two separate companies, DWR Interiors and DWR Exteriors. Angela Harless, the owner of DWR Interiors was very, very nice, and very fair with her pricing of the project. She was uniquely open to negotiating how much a "change order" was going to cost us, and gave us credit on return boxes of tile when construction was complete. The finished product was great, although it took almost twice as much time as originally estimated at contract signing(about a two and a half week delay waiting on an additional tile order!) All the sub-contractors were great, and pretty much showed up on schedule, which can be a challenge for remodeling companies. Individually, Jessie Borne(Assistant Project Manager) and Kelley Warrick(Accounting) were the most responsive DWR Interiors employees to our many and various questions throughout the shower project. Additionally, Kelley helped us, very much, tie up a couple loose ends at the end! Thanks, Rusty Thatcher

DWR made our vision come true! Renee was patient with us to pick out all the design choices and Bill lead team of craftsmen to make the design reality. Schedule ran over a couple of weeks but otherwise was ecstatic with the outcome. Would use again.

From our first meeting with Christian (sales & design) and constant updates from Misty (operations), to Richard, the project manager, we were confident we chose the right team. Our decision was solidified once we met Chilo (Special Projects Manager) and Austin (their Electrician). You couldn't ask for a better team when getting the remodel of your dreams.
