We selected DWR to build a summer kitchen that included a grill, fireplace, and special flooring. The whole thing is screened in. It took several weeks as the project was quite extensive. The roof blended in with the house very nicely, the stone work was superb, and the tongue and groove ceiling is beautiful. There were considerable modifications along the way but DWR worked things out with us resulting in a finished product that looks great, is very functional, and adds value to our home. The general contractor, Richard, managed the whole job and we give him credit for clear and timely communication as well as resolving the issues the came up throughout the project.

Previous 2010 large remodel adding 400 sf to home was excellent. Currently 2021, Renee who is excellent Designer, helped with tile, granite and color choices. Marshall overseeing/scheduling work is excellent also. Honest company with fair pricing. All affiliated trades, tile, paint, granite, plumbing and electrical were professional and first rate. 4 weeks for 2nd Floor Bath and replace carpet on stairs with Oak treads and matched stain to Oak paneling.

My project Managers were Michael and Marshall both of them were very pleasant to work. Any question I had concerning the project was always answered promptly. I love the job that was done on my patio. I would have no problem using DWR on future construction projects at my home.

From the day my wife and I closed on our house we have been slowly developing our dream patio. We needed to get the floor covered and the patio screened. These guys are amazing!!! I needed a stand-alone shower repaired because it had a leaking issue. They were the only company I found who could fix the issue from start to finish, including all tile work and plumbing issues. Stephanie was so friendly, and the manager, Mike, helped us out with the insurance claim. They picked out tile that matched beautifully and finished the whole project quickly. Stephanie and the team kept constant communication with me through the whole process and always went above and beyond. Cannot speak highly enough of them, highly recommend!
