Fortunately, our community had a booklet and we landed on this gem of a subcontractor. They were amazing and kept us informed throughout the process. We specifically worked with the project manager Marshall and he was great. He made sure we were satisfied every step of the way and gave realistic timelines. I have already sent DWR to some friends who are also looking to get work done. Highly Recommend and we will be doing some work in the future and will not second guess who we will use. In the meantime, enjoying our new patio just in time for the summer!

All the crews were very respectful and did not significantly disrupt our day (or our neighbors). The patio extension was completed on the timeline originally proposed and they took care of all the HOA approvals. I would certainly use DWR for future projects!
