I cannot give enough POSITIVE feedback about DWR Exteriors! We recently had our house remodeled by taking in the existing back porch to become part of the house and adding a new covered back porch & extended slab. We got many quotes but ultimately liked the reviews and price point offered by DWR. Even when we had a few 'surprises' come up throughout the project which were issues created by our original builder and outside of DWRs control, DWR worked with us as best as possible to make things feasible for our remodel to continue moving forward and look the way we wanted. Marshall was SO great to work with, he always let us know when someone would be out to work on the house and responded to our questions exceptionally fast ensuring both he and us were always on the same page with the project. The DWR office workers were always exceptionally nice at helping with our account and keeping things moving forward as well. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using DWR exteriors for a project.

We tried to source many contractors and we had no luck with who was going to be doing what we wanted. Fortunately, our community had a booklet and we landed on this gem of a subcontractor. They were amazing and kept us informed throughout the process. We specifically worked with the project manager Marshall and he was great. He made sure we were satisfied every step of the way and gave realistic timelines. I have already sent DWR to some friends who are also looking to get work done. Highly Recommend and we will be doing some work in the future and will not second guess who we will use. In the meantime, enjoying our new patio just in time for the summer!

We used DWR for our bathroom remodel. The project was to remove an old jet tub and move the shower to the area to allow for a larger shower with a bench. In place of the old shower, we added a linen closet since there was no storage in the prior setup. The water closet added a bidet and a cabinet over the toilet. The new shower is all glass with a pony wall and niche for our toiletries. Renee helped bring our little idea to life and ensure the design was right. She helped the details blend well. Max was a huge help with keeping the project on time. He was so friendly and extra communicative. All the subs were courteous and respectful of our home. We will use them in the future if we decide to do any other projects.

Previous 2010 large remodel adding 400 sf to home was excellent. Currently 2021, Renee who is excellent Designer, helped with tile, granite and color choices. Marshall overseeing/scheduling work is excellent also. Honest company with fair pricing. All affiliated trades, tile, paint, granite, plumbing and electrical were professional and first rate. 4 weeks for 2nd Floor Bath and replace carpet on stairs with Oak treads and matched stain to Oak paneling.

What a great experience with DWR Construction. Dustin was my salesman. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, explained the process; he made sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again--I am screening in my patio.

We had our master bathroom totally redone and it looks beautiful. They were very professional and always on time. Renee was very helpful in assisting on picking out tile, colors, hardware etc. I would highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely use them in the future
