Renee Jatzlau and the team at DWR Interiors were amazing to work with. We have had many experiences with many contractors through the years in the Houston area and our renovation project with them exceeded all expectations! You know that a contractor does a great job when you entrust the second job to them!

We selected DWR to build a summer kitchen that included a grill, fireplace, and special flooring. The whole thing is screened in. It took several weeks as the project was quite extensive. The roof blended in with the house very nicely, the stone work was superb, and the tongue and groove ceiling is beautiful. There were considerable modifications along the way but DWR worked things out with us resulting in a finished product that looks great, is very functional, and adds value to our home. The general contractor, Richard, managed the whole job and we give him credit for clear and timely communication as well as resolving the issues the came up throughout the project.

From the day my wife and I closed on our house we have been slowly developing our dream patio. We needed to get the floor covered and the patio screened. We found DWR in our community booklet and we landed on this gem of a subcontractor. We started the process with Michael Murillo, Design Consultant and he helped to finalize our dream and then we were turned over to the trusty and professional Misty Henning who scheduled our crews and consistently kept us informed throughout the construction phases. I will definitely be referring consumers to DWR as we have received several great comments on our patio additions thanks to DWR.

Excellent job & we are extremely well pleased. In Oct.2022, we met with Renee Jafzlau who helped us redesign & remodel our Master Bathroom to make it more accessible in case we started having physical limitations. The DWR team did a great job. We tried to source many contractors and we had no luck with who was going to be doing what we wanted. Fortunately, our community had a booklet and we landed on this gem of a subcontractor. They were amazing and kept us informed throughout the process. We specifically worked with the project manager Marshall and he was great. He made sure we were satisfied every step of the way and gave realistic timelines. I have already sent DWR to some friends who are also looking to get work done. Highly Recommend and we will be doing some work in the future and will not second guess who we will use. In the meantime, enjoying our new patio just in time for the summer!
